Bosrina is a humorous entertainment product. A £1 payment submits a nomination for Bosrina certification.

Bosrina is an independent, novelty registry. It is not a government, professional, regulatory or official public authority. Where the word “official” appears on the site, it refers only to recognition within the Bosrina registry.

Approved nominations may be published publicly. A public registry page may contain the nominee's name, the submitted reason, the registry number and the certification date.

Public records may be shared through links and social or messaging services.

The person submitting the nomination is responsible for the content they submit. They must follow the Content Rules.

Submissions must be playful banter rather than serious factual allegations about anyone.

Submissions must not contain:

• private or sensitive information
• threats
• hate
• harassment
• serious allegations of criminality, abuse, fraud or similar wrongdoing
• sexual or sexually explicit content
• impersonation
• content that exploits, sexualises or otherwise inappropriately targets children

Bosrina may reject, hide, edit for formatting where appropriate, or remove submissions and records where reasonably necessary. This includes enforcement of the Content Rules, safety, privacy, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or responding to a valid report or removal request.

Records are intended to be lasting, but nothing here promises that every record is literally permanent or impossible to remove.

The price is displayed before payment. Stripe processes the payment. Payment does not guarantee that a submission will be published if it breaches the rules.

If something has gone wrong with your purchase, contact bosrina@bosrina.com. Any refund rights you have under applicable law are not affected by these Terms.
